The present superior general is an Australian, Father Joachim Rego CP, born in Burma, who migrated to Marrickville as a teenager with his family.Fr Denis Travers CP of Adelaide is a member of the General Council. The congregation is divided into provinces, vice-provinces, vicariates and missions.

We have communities at Marrickville (Sydney), Glen Osmond (Adelaide), Oxley (Brisbane), Hobart City, Templestowe and Endeavour Hills (Melbourne).

In New Zealand, the Passionists had a little retreat centre in Hamilton from the 1950’s to 1980’s. After that we have had itinerant priests from Australia working across the country on Family Groups and Retreats and Parish Missions. Since 2013 we have had a small community in Blenheim, Marlborough.

In Papua New Guinea we have communities in Port Moresby and Vanimo. In Vietnam we have communities in Hi Chi Minh City. The Congregational Leader of our Province, the Provincial, is Fr Tom McDonough CP. His offices are in Marrickville NSW.
